The Power Down Challenge is the second event in our SOS campaign (that’s Save Our Sea Ice in Polar Bear Language), a series of Earth Awareness Celebrations that focus on creating energy-saving habits—simple habits that can help polar bears.

We created this site as a gathering place for people around the world who share our passion for polar bears, the Arctic, and action on climate change. We love hearing from you and encourage conversation and respectful dialogue about polar bears, the Arctic, and climate change—plus news, events, and topics of interest to the community. Please feel free to share photos, videos, CO2-reducing tips, links, and other content related to these topics.

Please be aware, any language, photos or video deemed inappropriate by PBI administrators, including but not limited to harassing or threatening language, slander, profanity, or spam will be removed from site without prior notice. PBI reserves the right to block participation from those who violate this policy.
